Effective October 2026. TextBack Trades ("we") is operated by Hyrum Stanger, a sole proprietor.
What we collect: phone numbers and message content from people who call or text our clients' business lines, plus client account details (name, business, email, phone).
How we use it: only to reply on behalf of the business the person contacted, to follow up on quotes that person requested, and to report results to that business.
No sharing of mobile data: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers (for example our SMS carrier) only to deliver messages.
How you opt in: you receive a text from TextBack Trades (or a business using it) only after you call that business's number yourself. Calling the number is your request for a text reply. On our demo line, (208) 247-3047, you get one automatic text reply and can keep the conversation going by replying.
No sharing or selling: we do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is service providers (such as our SMS carrier) who need the number to deliver messages.
Message frequency: one automatic reply per missed call, then more texts only when you reply (usually 1–4 messages per conversation).
Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Retention: message logs are kept up to 24 months, then deleted.
